Tristan is a planet on The Frontier. It was formerly under the control of the Interstellar Manufacturing Corporation, but is now a contested zone by forces of the IMC, Frontier Militia, mercenaries and the rogue AI known as TALOS.
History[]
Tristan was formerly a research outpost, being used as a testbed for new terraforming technology. It was soon converted to an IMC research facility for a number of classified technologies. Eventually, the facility, and all of its robotic security, was taken over by the TALOS AI and turned into a warzone.
