Too Legit to Quit

Too Legit to Quit is an achievement in Titanfall, added in Game Update 8. It requires the player to reach Generation 10 without using a Forged Certification. It seems to be the only achievement that a player could become literally unable to ever get, since using a Forged Certification is an irrevocable action and you cannot reset your regen progress.
