Consumables are items that legends can use to regenerate health, shields, or charge their ultimate ability. You cannot regenerate either health or shields without consumables (With the exception of Wattson's Pylon/Spark of Genius, Lifeline's DOC, and Octane's Swift mend). These consumables will each regenerate health/shield at a certain speed that cannot be altered.
Shield Cells[]
The Shield Cell is a common consumable item in Apex Legends which restores 25 armour (50 with the Level 4 body shield), By default, it requires an uninterrupted 3 seconds to use, and a Legend can carry 4 shield cells per inventory slot.
Syringes[]
The Syringe is a common consumable item in Apex Legends which restores 25 health (50 with the Level 4 body shield), By default, it requires an uninterrupted five (5) seconds to use, and a Legend can carry 4 Syringes per inventory slot.
Shield Batteries[]
The Shield Battery is a rare consumable item in Apex Legends which restores 100 armour, effectively a full shield recharge for any rarity of Body Shield. By default, it requires an uninterrupted 5 seconds to use, and a Legend can carry 2 Shield Batteries per inventory slot unless one has the Level 4 backpack, which lets you carry 3 per slot.
Med Kit[]
The Med Kit is a rare consumable item in Apex Legends which restores 100 health, effectively a full heal. By default, it requires an uninterrupted eight (8) seconds to use, and a Legend can carry 2 Med Kits per inventory slot unless one has the Level 4 backpack, which lets you carry 3 per slot.
Phoenix Kit[]
The Phoenix Kit is a epic consumable item in Apex Legends. Doubling as a Med Kit and Shield Battery in a single package, the Phoenix Kit restores 100 health and 100 shields simultaneously, effectively a full heal for both health and any level of Body Shield. By default, it requires an uninterrupted ten (10) seconds to use, and a Legend can only carry one Phoenix Kit per inventory slot unless one has the Level 4 backpack, which lets you carry 2 per slot.
Ultimate Accelerant[]
The Ultimate Accelerant is a rare consumable item in Apex Legends which allows its user to hasten their ultimate ability by 20%. By default, it requires an uninterrupted seven (7) seconds to use, and a Legend can carry only one Ultimate Accelerant module per inventory slot (Wattson can carry 2). When the Ultimate Accelerant is used on Wattson, it completely charges her ultimate ability no matter the percentage she is at.
