Superior Chassis is an upgrade available for the Monarch Titan, via Tier 3 of the Upgrade Core. When picked, it upgrades Monarch's health from the base 10,000 to 15,000 alongside removing its Critical Hit spots. This also heals Monarch for 5,000 health along with the default amount of shield given for using an upgrade core, resulting in a truly massive amount of extra health. For comparison, Ogre-class Titans such as Scorch and Legion have only 12,500 health, making Monarch with Superior Chassis much stronger than the strongest Titans without a critical weak point.

The choice between XO-16 Accelerator and Superior Chassis can be a difficult one. While the latter does drastically increase survivability, XO-16 Accelerator actually increases your survivability too. This is because extra cores can be granted after your third, but all they give Monarch is the extra shield. Because this ability increase Monarch's DPS substantially, it allows them to gain cores faster. Ultimately, the choice between the two is up to the player, with XO-16 Accelerator being a popular choice for very skilled players who are able to pump out massive amounts of DPS with good aim and positioning, while Superior Chassis is better for more casual players who want to further increase their survivability.
