Rapid Rearm is a Titan Kit for the Monarch Titan. When equipped, it makes it so that the cooldown of Rearm is reduced by 5 seconds. This ability is useful, as Rearm recharges your dashes, Energy Siphon, and Rocket Salvo - allowing them to be used more often. Thus, this kit combos extremely well with Turbo Engine (kit).
