Power Cell is a Tier 1 Pilot Kit that appears in Titanfall and Titanfall 2. In Titanfall 1, It allows the players tactical ability to recharge 50% faster than normal, or decreases recharge time by 33%. Thus, it reduces the cooldown of Cloak from 10 seconds to 6.66 seconds, Stim from 16.66 seconds to 11.11 seconds, and Active Radar Pulse from 14.29 seconds to 9.53 seconds.
In Titanfall 2, it provides a 35% increase to cooldown rate, or a ~26% reduction to cooldown time.
